Well I finally got the chance to watch both television series “Star Trek Enterprise” and “Battlestar Galactica”.
The 2000 “Battlestar Galactica” that is, starring Edward James Olmos.
I couldn’t watch the shows when they were on the air but now thanks to Netflix I was able to catch up on
them.
Being an original Trekkie, not Trekker, I had to do my part and watch “Enterprise”. I had started to watch it
at first when it aired but the stations ran so many reruns I kept catching the same episodes over and over to
the point I got bored.
With Battlestar, being an original fan, I was immediately turned off by the major character changes and the fact
it was on the SciFi Channel at the time made it just laborious to watch.
Anyhow, since I’m at the drafting table all night and day and writing all night and day I gave it a shot and watched
every episode of both series and it took me weeks. I’ve always been a proponent for a “Star Trek TV” network with
nothing but “Star Trek” 24/7.
Anyhow, I’ll be back shortly with reviews of both series.
