THE REPLACEMENTS…The Saturday Morning Animated Show

This show is amazing.  It manages to combine all the things that make a show lively and entralling. It’s one of a kind humor and so unconventional it defies description. In an attempt, it’s about two kids, orphans, who find a company called Fleemco that sends in replacements for people or occupations.  The kids put in a [...]

http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/news/tv/la-et-melvin19jan19-link,1,5357033.story?track=rss Of course the news media touts Mr. Melvin’s most memorable character as that of Sam the Butcher on the Brady Bunch show.  He appeared in so many shows you can lose count and each role he made memorable. Fleischer Bros “Gulliver’s Travels” DVD

One the greatest, I’d say it’s a tie for #1 best animated movie of all time and in my top 10 of best movies is the classic “Gulliver’s Travels” by the legendary animation team of Max and David Fleischer. Quality and innovation darn near begin and end with their works.  They brought us Popeye and the [...]

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/technology/technology.html?in_article_id=508887&in_page_id=1965  This story is fantastic.  A scientist clones himself as well as fellow co-workers. I wrote a comic book series about this 20 years ago called “RADREX” it was about gangster who was cloning the world’s most beautiful women for sale.  It’s been optioned for movie production several times. Prophetic. You can see the covers to the RADREX [...]
